Do not waste your money on these scammers!! Prior to checking in they requested we fill out a bunch of information but then did not answer when I reached out. They harassed us about arriving on time to receive the keys, then when we arrived the room had not been cleaned from previous guests. The staff said nothing they can do about it but hopefully the cleaning staff will show up soon, to leave our bags and come back later. There was trash on the floors and counters and dirty towels and sheets. They gave us a number to call, which we could not get a hold of. Then when we contacted Expedia, they told Expedia that since we accepted the keys the place was therefore in okay condition. After much persistence and the help of Expedia we were able to get ahold of someone to send someone to clean our room and give us towels and sheets to sleep on. This was around 8pm when our check in was at 3pm… I do believe if we had not made a big deal they never would’ve even sent someone. The fridge was also broken and they only provided us with one half used roll of toilet paper for 3 days. When we let them know about this they said they only provide basic supplies. I would hardly consider that basic supplies. They were impossible to get in contact with but had no problem ensuring we pay our tourist tax and checked out on time. They are scammers! Don’t waste your money.

The place is great.

The design of the shower can be significantly improved though. No matter how careful we were during the shower the water still overflowed to the dry area, and there's no drain in the dry area. I know this is a difficult one to improve, but it will make this place superb if so.

It’s in a former palazzo with excellent security, great natural light, and the comforts of a home. On the 1st floor (2nd for US) above the daily, giant market, and a couple blocks from the river, it’s on the edge of historic Torino and close to great eateries, legendary Caffé’s, museums, etc. We appreciated the good bed, nice linens and NO perfumed cleaning or washing agents had been used. The HVAC system worked well.

The kitchen is well equipped but missing some minor things that were mentioned in their post. There was no cooking oil, pepper etc. Outdoor market set up begins around 4-5 am so there is some commotion. We were not bothered by it.

Access to the market is convenient and just a 15 minute walk to the center of the city. There are a decent amount of restaurants right near by.

It is right next to the market which means that it is incredibly loud starting at 5am every morning. But the worst part was the smell. It's an old building and there is a bit of a musty smell in the stairwell, but it's so strong when you walk into the apartment it makes you sick. The towels have all soaked up this moldy musty scent and your clothes will too. And while the layout looks stunning in the pictures, it makes no sense in reality. There is plenty of room to put a bed on the main floor. The loft is ridiculous because you cannot stand up and will smack your head on the ceiling if you try to sit up in bed. Also the couch is pushed up against the spiral stairs making less than 1/2 of the seating space usable. I would not recommend this apartment for anything except the location.
