- Worst service we have ever experienced: e.g. because of a car accident we would have arrived 4h later than expected (we had to be available for police etc.). Check-in was usually possible until 8pm, after 8pm there was self check-in possible until 10pm (don’t understand why self check-in can only be possible until 10pm). Our estimated time of arrival with all the aftermath of the accident would have been 10:30pm, so half an hour later than “possible“. The service of the accommodation told us that 10:30pm is not possible and we need to find a different hotel for the first night (which we did, it cost us 190€ extra). For me, this is unacceptable, especially because self check-in was possible. - blanket had no sheets on, we had to put them on ourselves - we only had 2 towels for 5 nights, one of them was dirty. After requesting a new towel, we didn’t get any, the only reply we got was: „you can wash them“ - there is no trash bin in the bathroom (where should you put your period waste?) - kitchen is provided, but you have to buy a lot of things for the kitchen yourself: e.g. there was only one dish washer tab for 5 days, upon request we didn’t get new ones (same with toilet paper by the way) - mattresses were extremely hard and pillows too high, we both had severe neck pain every morning - there is a rack for ironing, but no iron available - the parking garage is hardly accessible with a normally sized car, you have to make a 180 degree turn in a very narrow street and you cannot access it in one turn. You have to maneuver multiple times and have to be extremely careful. - the service lady who welcomed us for check-in was 15 minutes late (and we didn’t know where to go because there is no street and house number provided), even though I updated her several times with our estimated time of arrival. - next to the building, 2 new buildings are built, so you have to expect construction noise starting from 6:30am - the WiFi speed is really bad
