Las Casitas Del Mar

Refurbished finca, fixtures and fittings all seem brand new and to a high standard. Very powerful shower and plenty of hot water. Nicely furnished, ample parking. Very close to the airport.

Gardens unkempt needs a little tlc We were given our key and that was it no explanation of common outside areas or WiFi code etc- booklet in the apartment with local knowledge would have been helpful. Only 4 tea bags & no coffee pods for the machine. Two towels seems a bit lacking for the price per night Air con worked well but didn’t cool the bedroom area at all. All in all ok if a little pricey but the surrounding area lets the property down and it’s definitely not as close to the beach or anything in fact than shown in the pictures, I understand why some solo travellers in other reviews decided not to stay, train track behind the property-noise didn’t particularly bother us but the graffiti was a little worrying. It doesn’t feel particularly safe. Glad it was only one night.

The apartment was clean

This was in the middle of nowhere, isolated and felt a bit odd. No shops or restaurants nearby. Very scruffy surroundings. The woman who met me at the property didn't seem to be expecting me. I made the decision to leave and book into a hotel in Alicante instead, so did t stay the night.

Este situat într-o zonă industrială și deplasarea până în Alicante este mai dificilă dacă nu ai mașină.

Location is handy to the airport and isnt to far from town and the beach.

Host does not know much english in person it is ok but messaging was hard.

The place was a bit far from anything but you can take the 27 bus which stop about 15 minutes walk from the house, or you can rent a car or a bike or so.. or you can run along the sea or walk to Alicante or El Altet or 'only around'. And, you can even get to the airport on your feet, it takes less than an hour (if you learn a few shortcuts:) .. just perfect for my plans

I missed the kettle - but there was a capsule coffee machine.. and the toaster looked a bit tired: )

La ubicacion

El baño estaba sucio , el olor del pasillo y las estancias era raro, me cambiaron la habitacion que seleccione, me cobraron mas en mano por que me acompañara alguien una noche, me pidieron explicaciones x la siguiente noche si estaria sola o no... Un situacion poco corriente y fuera de lugar. La decoracion de la nueva estancia no era con gusto unos sofas muy orteras fucsia. La verdad, iba con mucha ilusion a mi momento de regalarme esa estancia y solo con la suciedad del baño no le vi ni mimo ni cuidado de detalle basico. Las toallas como tiradas en el cajon, en la nevera un brick abierto de leche y un limon... No se... Dejadez xa lo que cuesta.
