Good location. Walk distance to Kroger and some restaurants. Quiet for the entire day.

The WiFi signal isn’t very good in the bedroom (I guess it might be blocked by the wall and the door).

"stay was good. Being charged the $50 damage deposit two days after our visit was not."

Place was clean and quiet.

I am old tech and didn't do my homework on how to get into the room in advance. On site, we had problems opening the link with instructions. With the help of a good Samaritan who lived in the building, we figured it out and found our way in. A week before occupancy date, I received a demand for ID and a damage deposit. The demand was to pay a non-refundable fee of $20 or a refundable fee of $50. Because my wife and I don't make a mess, I went for the refundable deposit. Two days after our stay, a $50 charge showed up on my credit card.
