"Fantastic place in a quiet location. Super!"

We really had a fantastic time and loved the location, the easy access, the roof rooftop … basically we loved it all and for sure one day we want to come back one day.

The door to the garbage disposal below the sink needs fixing. It was not installed properly and it looked like 3 mm were missing by blocking the way for easy access. After a while, we figured out how to do it, but it was still annoying and could’ve been prevented.

The Old Town of El Cotillo is only fab - there's a lot of developments going on .... hope they don't overdo it! We had a wonderful time there; a very friendly & beautiful spot. Gaia, our Host was truly amazing .... we had, unfortunately, a few Hospital visits & she could not have been more helpful or supportive. I would not hesitate to recommend this place & our Host. We hope to return soon!

V. Clean, modern, location suited us, owner v. helpful with a questions we had.

Expected a balcony from photos shown prior to booking, however not all apartments have a balcony, this is misleading. Suggest having separate listing for apartments with no balcony.

Location was fine, in the middle of El Cotillo, five minute drive to the lagoons and similar to the surfers beach. Both walkable. Supermarkets within easy reach and the Harbour with its restaurants an easy stroll away.
