Relaxing 1-Bedroom Unit in Azure Urban Resort and Residences by One Guest Place

The only good things about this property are: good air conditioning, warm & cold shower, reception desk is nice & helpful, the hosts are very extremely receptive to our needs and address them immediately. The property is also conveniently close to both domestic & international airports.

It appeared that the property was not prepared for our arrival. Upon walking into the condo on our first night, we found cockroaches roaming around in the kitchen. Thereafter, we had recurring sightings of cockroaches day & night in the bathroom, kitchen, and wall by the desk in the sleeping area. My husband even found one inside the refrigerator. Totally unacceptable! They should have a pest elimination strategy in place to make the property more livable for their guests. The floor was not cleaned/swept well. We kept on finding long, black hair on the floor, including the bathroom floor. Obviously not ours as we have short, grey hair. There was only one (1) towel provided for 2 guests. There was no toilet paper, no paper towel. It would have been nice if there were two (2) more pillows provided in addition to the one (1) provided for each guest. It would have been more efficient if you provided a better/newer broom & dustpan. Your set had worn-out bristles & ready to be thrown away. For optimal functionality, there should be more accessible outlets. There was a desk with a lamp, but no outlet! The towel bars in the bathroom were shaky & unstable. They need to be tightened or replaced. Moldy shower curtain need to be washed or replaced. For convenience, please provide guest folder information with WiFi username & password, instructions for recycling, etc. You need to make the guests feel at home by providing a welcome kit with water, coffee, tea, disposable slippers, soap, etc. The property is located in a very congested area. The mall seemed to be a very short walking distance. But it was quite unsafe because you walk in a two-way street that allows vehicles to travel in both directions. Pedestrian traffic was heavy, there were no sidewalks on some areas.
