Loved the terrace and the view,

Really needs some shutters or blind in the patio doors as the light shines in and the sliding door lets the light in. We’re early risers but in your not then you’ll be awake early

Location is just great

the appartment itself is needs some refurrbishment, the bed is very small and in general the quality could be lifted by making some changes

Situated right in front of the sea with the most breathtaking views. Loved how compact the apartment, very clean and fully equipped. Owner was very helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend this location and will definitely be coming back!

It was small but perfectly formed. Every detail had been considered with the modern traveller in mind. The location by the sea is undoubtedly captivating but being within walking distance of Arenal and the Old Town gives you even more options and exercise! The whole area abounds with excellent bar & restaurant choices.

It's difficult to expand on nothing!

The apartment is so beautifully decorated with lots of little touches. The location is absolutely perfect, view of the sunrise over the sea and loads of shops and restaurants right outside! John was so helpful before and during our stay and it was easy to check in! Comfy bed!

The only thing I could possibly comment on is that it was quite loud sometimes outside or with guests in the apartment below getting in late but it only affected one night and can't be helped when such a good location!

Small apartment but very well organized and decorated. Pretty well equipped kitchen. Location is fantastic, with plenty of good restaurants around, close to the beaches in the region and easy parking.

The bed could be slightly larger. The construction work taking place in the apartment downstairs was a bit annoying early in the morning.

Wifi could be better I liked the presence of a fireplace but would recommend to install a fake electric one as ethanol can be a bit dangerous and has a strong smell
