The convenience of the location being close to food!

It was dirty everywhere just walking in the property. As I walked in my room, room was already messy yet disorganized, roaches coming in and out and in the corners of my room. Towels were dirty. T.V. not working properly. Front desk was not there to help at all times.

It was close to the highway so thought it would be the perfect location. Air conditioning was nice.

Sheets were dirty, bath tub and toilet were not clean, crust and grime inside fridge, frozen mystery liquid in the freezer, nightstand and air conditioner definitely needed wiped down prior to arrival. The shower curtain had black marks on it, and the floor needed swept. The room was changed from what was booked upon arrival, so I am hoping that they just didn’t realize it wasn’t cleaned. There was also thick smoke from smoking indoors. The smoke detector kept beeping because either the batteries needed replaced or they were purposely taken out so people could smoke. That is a safety concern if there is actually a fire. There was trash everywhere and something that resembled vomit in one of the common areas. Checked out and handed key back in. Did not end up staying the night. This is my first time leaving a bad review for a hotel/motel. I have called Booking.com twice about a refund and called the property about a refund as well. Both said they couldn’t issue a refund without discussing it with each other but have yet to get in contact with each other. If safety and cleanliness are a priority for your stay somewhere, do not stay at this location.
