"Wonderful hotel wonderful friendly staff well worth a visit we will be returning"

Property was clean tidy and for us in a great location because we wanted quiet time together . The lady on reception when we arrived on the afternoon of the 21 st was wonderful and supplied everything we wanted . Great sea view to wake up to x

The only think I didn’t like is if I book a luxury room I’d want more space more luxury

Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable bed. Enjoyed 2for1 Gin hour with fantastic choice of gins!!

10.30 checkout is a big no no.thease days and would distract from me staying again. Hotel feels a bit corporate and impersonal

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful

The location is very confusing. There is a Mode Hotel in Lytham St. Annes and a Mode Hotel in St. Annes both within 3 miles of each other. Many guests have turned up like we did at the wrong hotel.
