Corazon El Nido Inn

Staff were nice, comfortable bed.

Wifi doesn't work, room is small, nowhere to hang wet clothes (which is pretty basic for a beach town).

Lovely room and super clean ! I was very satisfied :)

The location is great, very central area in el nido, but on a side street so a bit quieter and rooms are back from the street a bit. It’s nice and clean and rooms are good size. Hot water is good, but weak flow as per usual in the Philippines. Ac works well.

The rooms don’t have much furniture like a chair or hangers to hang clothes. I don’t watch tv but it doesn’t have one or much else. Overpriced for what it is.

Good location, near to amenities. The staff were nice. The bathroom was nice. Tables and wardrobe to put our luggage on.

We paid for a double bed and a single bed. The double bed was a 3/4 bed. Given that all 3 of us were unwell (coughing and diarrhoea) this was not ideal. We offered many compromises (the last option was that I slept on the floor with a mattress or something similar) but there was absolutely no compromise from the hotel’s end - no pillows, no mattresses, no moving the mattresses between rooms, no moving us to a different room, no cancellation, I also offered to pay a little extra for another room if at 10pm there was one available - no. They offered us a 10% discount on a second room, which we didn’t take. They did give me a second sheet, it was a sheet with stretchy ends to put over the mattress. I was going to ask for a proper sheet and I honestly was done with the “not possible” so I decided not to bother. We might sound slightly like we’re overreacting but when you have liquid water poo coming out of you, and another is coughing until she retches or wees a little bit, maybe you’d understand. The manager wouldn’t speak to us, wouldn’t come and see us and told the member of staff to stop ringing her. We thought it was pretty bad of her given that she’s supposed to be managing the property.

New, clean room. Good value for money in this area. Staff is friendly and helpful.
