Location

The place needs renovating. It has had a cheap freestanding air-con unit installed in the master bedroom that just looks ghastly and makes so much noise you can't run it while in the apartment. Really poor amenities in the kitchen.

I’ve stayed in various hotels around the CBD and the view from this apartment is second to none, I didn’t want to leave. As someone who loves to cook my own meals I love that it had a full sized kitchen although my stay was short so I didn’t get to utilise it.

Can’t fault the place :)

The apartment was very small for a two bedroom penthouse, which resulted in it being uncomfortable.
