Spacious living areas Great kitchen facilities Beautiful lounge suit (not often found) The property is located next to a cafe that sells good coffee. Obviously the beach view when you open up the curtains in the morning!

Making the front lawn muddy from driving and parking on it due to the wet weather (would be worth partly concreting in the future).
