It wasn’t the worst I’ve been to.

There was no one at the desk when we checked in. We waited a long time and had to call. We specifically booked this hotel for the pool and breakfast and the pool was closed. The elevators took a ridiculously long time to come. Our toilet didn’t flush properly and was frustrating. All in all, very disappointing.

It was new

Arrived late at night and couldn’t get in. Then had to park in the rear back (pay to park) BEHIND ANOTHER HOTEL. Was not told that it was not the same gorilla d tried and tried to get in. Doors locked. The. Had to walk (in a dark parking lot at 2 am) to go all the way back around to the front of our hotel! Got to the room, room was hot, bathroom sink dirty, stains in our sheets with NO TOP SHEET! If it hadn’t been so late and I was so tired I would’ve left!
