Bali Ayu Pool Villa

Franchement, tout. La villa est magnifique, super propre et fidèle aux photos. L’emplacement est top, calme mais proche de tout. La piscine privée est juste incroyable, parfaite pour chiller. Mention spéciale au staff, qui a été vraiment réactif, gentil et pro du début à la fin. On s’est senti à l’aise directement, comme à la maison. L’énergie du lieu est parfaite pour passer un vrai bon séjour à Bali. En bref : rien à dire, tout était parfait.

Ce que je n’ai pas aimé : Franchement rien. J’ai tout aimé, le séjour a été parfait du début à la fin.

Alles gut Der Host Nana ist super und sehr hilfsbereit Danke 😊

Da die große Brücke kaputt ist muss man leider einen kleinen Umweg auch Canggu fahren..

Every room has private washroom

The cleaning is very bad. All the utensils in kitchen were not cleaned from ages. Basic amenities like water kettle, iron, etc were unavailable. There were spider webs around furniture corners including ceiling as well. Lots of ants were present on ceiling. Bedsheets were torn. Blankets were little smelly.

La villa no estaba suficientemente limpia. Es muy bonita pero necesita más mantenimiento.

The villa is nice and quiet No annoying dogs or chickens I would come back 😁

The villa is in a quiet neigbourhood and the bed are very comfy. The pool was nice and clean and the Host "Nana" was very helpful Thanks Nana!☺️

Due to a broken bridge it took us around 20 minutes to canggu...

Nothing is positive about this villa.

The house is filled with a lot of insects/lizards everywhere you go, I did not know that in the beginning, I have explained to the manager that I can not stay there since I have phobia from them, she said that it is part of the culture. Even though none of the hotels where I have stayed in did have insects/geckos inside the location. When I told her that I want a partial refund, she said that I have broken the door knowing that I have opened with the keys and closed with the keys and returned the keys to their place. ( I did not spend more than 10 mins in that location) This is in addition to the fact that it is too far away from anything ( you will struggle to find a Mart there, or any restaurant ) so anyone who wants to spend some time in Canggu, I highly advise you to stay away from this location. Completely the worst experience I had with any booking during my stay in Bali. Long story short: House filled with lizards/insects. The villa’s wall is too short and there is no security around. Isolated location.
