The location was perfect -it was just a short walk from the train station and a short walk to the sea. The surrounding neighborhood is very nice with pretty apartment buildings and several shops. The building is secure and the unit has been tastefully renovated in a sleek modern style, but is also very comfortable. There was water in the refrigerator and coffee/teas available. There is a new heater and A/C, and the TV has Netflix. Our deluxe suite was a great value -the couch bed was made up nicely, and there was a big patio to enjoy outside. The owner and manager were both a pleasure to speak with -they promptly met us on arrival, and were flexible when our train was late. They kindly allowed us to keep our luggage in a storage room after check-out, so we could walk freely and enjoy lunch by the sea before we had to leave beautiful Bari. We would be happy to come back and stay here again.

The cleaning needs improvement

We liked having a spacious bathroom, working AC and using the coffee machine in the morning. No noise from outside, very quiet area.

We had two difficult nights battling with mosquitos (we found 5!) so the property could invest in installing some nets on the window! We were not able to open the window properly and there was only one toilet paper roll so we had to buy additional ones.

The location was good. The staff we spoke with and dealt with were very nice and accommodating.

The refrigerator was very very small, and there was no microwave. You really couldn't have a "breakfast", only coffee and tea available.

A wonderful quiet hotel, with a very convenient location, within walking distance of the beach, station, bar, supermarkets, pharmacy. Absolutely new bed and breakfast, with new plumbing, furniture, comfortable bed, good linens. The room has everything you need, electric kettle, coffee machine, minibar, drinking water, TV, Wi-Fi works perfectly. The room is decorated concisely and harmoniously. Special thanks to the hospitable and friendly staff.
