Cat Ba Wonder Hotel

Quiet location but short stroll downhill to the town main streets. Pool was great. Large room. Staff were amazing and organised our transfer to the airport

Rooms were big, airy and comfortable.

Breakfast options were limited as a number of items had run out and weren’t replenished despite going relatively early.

As we walked into reception i thought we had hit the jackpot. Mable floor looked amazing then we went to room. Window over looking internal stairs. Looked shabby marks all over wall. Bathroom smelt of urine. I asked to change room and had too pay to move. Room a little better but had external window with balcony but had water bottle with at least 10 cigarette butts in it. Obviously cleaner hadn't checked. Breakfast poor. Fruit flies all over fruit and we were first down to breakfast. There is a chef cooking fresh eggs which was good but on whole poor.

Musty smell about hotel . Shabby rooms. Poor breakfast.

Nous sommes une famille avec deux enfants de 7 et 9 ans. Nous avons été super bien accueillis. L’endroit est bien situé. La piscine est un plus. Le petit déjeuner est assez bien fourni. L’hôtel est très propre et la salle de bain est impeccable. La literie est bonne on a très bien dormi. Mention spéciale pour le staff qui est au TOP 😀❣️
