Le personnel est adorable ! Nous avons fait excursion, blanchisserie et transport avec eux, ils ont vérifié que nous ayons bien les horaires, notre linge était super propre et bien plié, et le tout avec le sourire. Le cuisiner qui vous prépare les oeufs le matin et le buffet du petit déjeuner sont parfaits. La chambre était grande et confortable C'est un peu à l'écart du centre donc plus calme, et la piscine sur le toit n'a pas de vis à vis Nous avons adoré notre séjour ici !

S'il fallait améliorer un point ce serait le ménage de la salle de bains, mais l'ensemble était très propre par rapport à ce que nous avons pu voir en Asie

The receptionist went above and beyond to make my experience truly exceptional! The location is great and the beds are comfortable! And after a long day hiking there is nothing better than having a dip into the warm water pool terrace! Everything was fantastic!

I noticed that prices around were cheaper for similar quality

Die Lage war super. Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gutes Frühstück. Ein richtig bequemes Bett. Ein tolles Bad und ein schöner Pool auf dem Dach. Wir würden wieder kommen

Kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag: Am Fenster wäre ein Vorhang besser, als eine Jalousie.

Chambre spacieuse, lit confortable, personnel extrêmement accueillant et serviable (au check Out, j’ai payé trop et Quan et venu en scooter à l'endroit ou j'attendais mon bus pour me rendre le trop perçu !). La piscine chauffée est un vrai plus. J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel, je recommande.

Die beiden Männer an der Rezeption waren absolut Spitze und zuvorkommend, besser geht gar nicht. Als ich beim Check-In nach der Saune gefragt habe, habe ich ein Zimmer mit eigenem Dampfbad bekommen, einfach super.

Das Bett war angenehm und das Bad schön. Auch der Pool war gut. Für den Preis okay, nur die Angaben online irreführend.

- die angegebene Sauna war nicht da (nur privat in manchen Räumen) - im ersten Zimmer sind Seitenleisten vom Fenster heruntergefallen, daraufhin haben wir gewechselt - das 2. Zimmer war noch sehr dreckig, teils Haarbüschel im Bad und das Zimmer hatte einen unangenehmen Raucherduft - die Pool Area war auch nicht einladend, abends wurde er mit einem Baumstrahler beleuchtet - der Bergblick ist mehr ein Blick auf eine Felswand 3m entfernt
