Your-jin stay Seoul

The apartment was small but cozy, with two separate bedrooms and air conditioners in the rooms, which made the stay comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. We really liked the quiet neighborhood, the closed property with a little courtyard, and the fact that the metro was just a short walk away. The area also has plenty of shops, cafés, and restaurants, which was very convenient.

There were, however, a few downsides: the bathroom felt quite damp, and the sink drain was broken. There were very few power outlets, and many appliances were connected through extension cords. The towels were small (quite common in Korea), and the place would benefit from some renovation. There was no view from the window either.

We had an amazing stay! The apartment was perfect – more like a mini-suite with a kitchen, dining area, two rooms, and a full bathroom. We traveled as a group of five, and it was extremely comfortable. The air conditioning was a lifesaver, the space smelled wonderful, and the washer (with detergent included) was a great bonus. The bathroom was well-equipped with high-quality hygiene products, including shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap. The apartment was beautifully decorated, stylish, bright, and minimalist, which made it the perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing. The owner was incredibly thoughtful, and the apartment was spotless and inviting. The self-entry via the keyless code system was very convenient, and the location was great – not in the hustle of the city center but in a vibrant, local area with a true Korean feel. We could easily reach popular districts like Gangnam or Haeundae in 25 minutes by subway. We loved Seoul and Korea, and we would definitely choose these apartments again on our next visit. Everything exceeded our expectations, and I would give this place 100 out of 10 if I could! Highly recommend it!

During our 8-day stay, we couldn't find any downsides.

韓国の民家に泊まれる、しかもビジターはほとんど泊まらないと思える永同浦。80年代の家だがリニューアルされていてきれい。周辺のレストランは観光地と違いローカル価格、本場の味。地下鉄新豊駅（sinpung)1番出口から徒歩3分。素晴らしい！

バスルームのシャワーエリアがトイレと区別されていない（普通の日本人は戸惑うはず,イタリア等ではホテルでも同じような施設あり）。ソウル繁華街へは地下鉄で1時間近くかかる。

Хотелось пожить не в гостинице, а в настоящем корейском доме. Поэтому выбрали этот вариант, что полностью соответствовало нашим ожиданиям. Район тихий, от метро 5 минут пешком. Перед заездом хозяин прислал все необходимые инструкции по проживанию.

Your place is very clean. I like it so much because it I very traditional house. You have very friendly and helpful neighbors. Thank you very much!

It is a bit far from the main stream but the métro is very near and good value.

Very responsive host. Everything was exactly like in the photos, super clean and smells fresh too. Short walk from Metro. Very comfortable place and a nice experience to stay in a real Korean house. Also a new emart Supermarket just opened at the building adjacent to the Metro, super convenient.

The house isn't so well insulated so it can get cold inside when the outside temperature is sub zero. Traveling on the metro could take some time to get to places of interest.
