La chiave dei sogni

Location was right in the center of Palermo, close to everything. That was an absolute highlight. The apartment is clean with one small bedroom and one large one. You can't cook in the kitchen, but there's a fridge and a coffee machine, so that was everything we needed. The balcony is very small, the large balcony belongs to the smaller apartment.

The host told me when I already booked, that arriving after 20:00h check in would cost 25 Euro extra. So I really made an effort to arrive before that time and kept informing him, not to be a minute too late, when in reality he was more flexible than I thought. Unfortunately, from the second day we had trouble with the water. The warm water stopped during the shower and the last days, we didn't have warm water at all anymore. The host couldn't fix that. Also, you shouldn't mind noise when staying there.

Ich hatte einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft. Der Besitzer war von Anfang an sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und immer erreichbar, falls man Fragen hatte – man hat sich direkt willkommen gefühlt. Die Wohnung selbst war ausgesprochen sauber und gepflegt, was mir persönlich sehr wichtig ist. Besonders angenehm fand ich, dass viele Handtücher zur Verfügung gestellt wurden – das ist nicht selbstverständlich und hat den Aufenthalt noch komfortabler gemacht. Auch die Lage war einfach perfekt: sehr zentral, sodass man alles Wichtige schnell erreichen konnte. Insgesamt kann ich diese Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen und würde jederzeit wiederkommen.

Weingläser wären noch gut gewesen (habe allerdings auch nicht nochmal extra nachgefragt). Wände könnte etwas schalldichter sein.

Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento in discesa dei Candelai e l’esperienza è stata davvero ottima. La posizione è uno dei suoi punti di forza: centrale e perfetta per raggiungere comodamente a piedi tutti i principali luoghi di interesse di Palermo. L’appartamento è di recente ristrutturazione, molto curato, ampio e luminoso. Il balconcino aggiunge un tocco piacevole e rende l’ambiente ancora più accogliente. Ho apprezzato particolarmente la pulizia impeccabile e la presenza di tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno rilassante. Un valore aggiunto è l’angolo dedicato alla colazione, comodo e ben organizzato. Il proprietario è stato estremamente disponibile, gentile e ospitale, sempre pronto ad aiutare e a fornire indicazioni utili. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura a chiunque voglia visitare Palermo: è una soluzione ideale sotto tutti i punti di vista. Tornerei sicuramente qui senza esitazione.

Gaetano è stato gentilissimo, mi ha persino procurato un bollitore per il te in camera. il letto ed i cuscini erano comodissimi, ero da sola, ma mi hanno lasciato in camera tre set di asciugamani, l'appartamento nuovissimo e centralissimo. Tutto perfetto.

La posizione dell’alloggio è perfetta, l’ambiente è pulitissimo e spazioso, letto comodissimo! Gaetano è super disponibile e molto professionale.
