Condo With Balcony @ Downtown Budapest

We had a great stay at Erika’s apartment in Budapest! Erika was an excellent host—she sent all the information ahead of our trip, including helpful videos, which made the check-in process incredibly smooth. The apartment itself was spotless and felt brand new, which is rare to find in Budapest. It’s in a new building, very clean and well-maintained. The location was perfect—surrounded by great local restaurants, bakeries, and supermarkets, and just a short walk to the main street where you can find everything you need. Highly recommended!

Excellent apartment, new, professionally designed very esthetically and functionally. Very clean and very well appointed.

Lovely Clean appartment , with everything we needed - spacious. Code to access so no need to carry keys around with us. Great balcony so outside space to sit with a bottle of wine or a morning coffee. Host was super helpful, quiet location at night so good sleep

Shower Curtain over Bath would be useful No English TV but can use Netflix as smart TV if you have account

Everything was perfect!Really clean and comfort room with all the facilities you need.It's near to all public transport and Erika is very helpful and kind with us. We choose again for sure!!

It was clean and cosy

The apartment was cosy, clean and warm. We asked for transfer from and to airport, and Erika organised it vey quickly although our flights were very late at night. The apartment is modern and stylish. Has all necessary things. Erika decorated it for Christmas holidays with lights and figures. We came late at night and the sofa was open and prepared for sleeping, so lots of attention to details. Great holidays.

The place was very equipped and had anything we needed for our stay. Pretty close to a lot of options for public transportation and we had some coffee and tea in the apartment. The host helped us a lot with question we had prior to our arrival. After the situation with the shuffle, the host succeeded to give us free ride back to the airport from the company that arranged the shuffle. 4/5 stars for me and really pleasant stay, very agreeable rooms and lovely excluded balcony, the shower was nice, the kitchen had many features that were great for our stay and even more that we hadn't have the chance to use. We had warm water and the toilet had enough toilet papers. The apartment temperature could be changed and we were really cozy there.

The shuffle from the airport was very unfortunate - We inform the host that we had 3 big suitcases and 3 trollies but it fell between the chairs and when we landed arrived a very small car(that couldn't drive us all) , after few minutes a bigger car came and apparently charged 15 euro more than what was dealt with the host. Another mistake was that the driver left us in a place that was 14 minutes walk away from the location. The host realized (When we were already waiting for a response regarding the misplaced location of the driver) that we have a lot of luggage and started to say things in the spirit of "You should have booked a bigger place", even though we informed her beforehand and we saw the apartment is suitable for 4 people and we were 3. Needless to say we were very exhausted after just landing in Budapest and dealing with the shuffle issues and walking towards the destination with our luggage. When we arrived, her friend welcome us and informed us that the host decided to charge us 100 euro deposit cause she was afraid we will ruin her walls and floors with our suitcase. There was no curtain in the bathroom so we needed to clean after every shower we took.

We were given really clear instructions of how to get in each door so it was really easy.

Some milk in the fridge (but maybe that’s just a British-specific expectation!)
