The room was nicely done and the facilities good. Good breakfast.

The price is completely wrong. This is not a hotel yet they charge hotel prices. There is no reception and we had to wait for someone to open up the room. Then there were a number of issues but there was no one to speak to as there was no staff. The room smelt of cigarettes and on top of that the heating had been left turned up high so it was very hot. The single pillow provided was tiny and completely inadequate and the WiFi didn’t work.
