ZAThe location was good. The house was very spacious, well equipped and served our purpose well. The weather prevented us from using the lovely pool and outside facilities.
The 4th bedroom was very small and maybe suitable for child/teenager, not an adult
ZAI always enjoy coming to this property. The property is nice and big always relaxing. The kitchen is stunning and big. This place is clean and I mostly enjoyed the heater and electric blankets.
As I’m someone thats been to the property a few times, I know that that we never lack anything, but this time around we didn’t have sugar, rooibos and coffee - these are things that were always provided. Also one of the bathrooms ran out of toilet paper, normally there would be extra toilet paper in the cupboard but there wasn’t.
ZAGrat value for money
ZALocation was close to the Two Oceans marathon start. Nice house with lots of space. Enough secure parking. Comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen
The house needs some maintenance. The main bathroom's one basin had a stuck plug and toilet roll holder loose. The dishwasher's bottom drawer falls off its rail. The pool wasn't clean. There were spider webs in the lounge, so the place was not cleaned properly. It's a pity, as this is a stunning home.
GBZAIt was a rocky start due to the cleaner being ill from what we understood, but they did everything and more to make up for the green pool, no towels in rooms etc.
No one answering the phone at 14:00 when it was the official check in time. No back up plans for staff when they are sick in order to ensure it not affecting the guests.

BWZAHosts were very reachable and attentive. Helped us a lot with whatever we needed (e.g. extra set of keys).
There were a few tiny issues, but we sorted them out with the host super quickly. They are definitely always there to help as soon as possible.
ZAThe host was very welcoming. He even checked us in even though we arrived very late. We had a late flight back to Johannesburg. We were allowed to stay a bit longer even after our checkout time. We stayed during a cold weekend. Gas heater and electric blankets were provided with extra beddings..
