"Gut aber nicht sehr gut."

Sehr gute Lage in einem ruhigen sicheren Viertel. Schöne große, helle und klimatisierte Wohnung.

Man hat den Eindruck, dass es an der richtigen Pflege und Aufmerksamkeit des Betreibers fehlt. Wie jemand noch 2024 schrieb “ brandneu “ wirkt alles nicht mehr. Teppiche könnten mal gereinigt werden. Von den Klimabedienungen waren alle Batterien leer. Zum Teil schimmlige Fugen im Bad. Rollladen war kaputt und sollte den nächsten Tag repariert werden, was aber nie geschah. Auf dem Balkon sitzt man ruhig und wohl ganztägig im Schatten ( kein Nachteil ) aber man schaut nur auf nahestehende Häuser. ( siehe Bild ) Was aber wirklich nicht schön ist, das der direkt darunter liegende Balkon viele Katzen beherbergt. Sieht sehr nach Messi aus. Das noch nicht weiter schlimm wenn man nicht hinschaut aber der Geruch des Katzenklos, falls es überhaupt eines gibt ist wehte dann doch des öfteren hoch auf den Balkon der Wohnung. Kann der Betreiber der Wohnung nichts dafür, ist aber nun mal Sachstand.
