Terrace by the sea by gms apartamentos

Beautiful little apartment overlooking the gardens & pool.. Bright ,clean with everything needed for a pleasant stay. Water pressure in the shower is wonderful. Literally steps away from the paseo & beach .. 5 minutes walk from Los Boliches train station .. So many restaurants/bars/supermarkets nearby. This is my second stay this year .If it wasn’t fully booked at the end of June that would have been my 3rd.. Communication is prompt & once again as the apartment was ready I was able to check in a couple of hours earlier.. On my last stay ( January) I commented on 2 of the garden chairs being cracked ,so it’s refreshing to see that had been addressed & the chairs replaced.. As before I highly recommend this lovely little garden apartment..

The business of getting the keys was unacceptably complicated

Communication with host was excellent & host was attentive. Car park on site very convenient. Beds fairly comfortable and bed linen okay. Shower in good working order.

Towels could do with being upgraded.

Best location you could ask for, it's bottom floor but up about 6 steps to it, there's a lift to take up if can't manage the steps. Once in the apt no need to use front door for entry and exit unless you need to use the lift...from apt terrace 6 steps down and then a 20m walk to exit then beach is over the road. Has a pool, don't know dates it's open from and to. Los Boliches train station 10min walk, 3 large supermarkets nearby ( 2 Mercadonas and 1 Supercor), padel club next door...has about 5 courts. Cavern Club next door. Has parking and spaces on sea front...in season you'll struggle to get parked at both so defo not worth getting a hire car. Lots of coffee bars nearby, churros. Lots of restaurants, Irish bars. The apt is fine, wifi good, smart tv, shower is good, hot water tank left on, has air-con, fridge freezer is good, there are two bath towels, 2 hand towels, bath mat...if staying long bring your own or apt has a washing machine. I thought the bed was comfy. 1 bedroom with twin beds and there's a sofa bed. Give it a go.

Kylmät lattiat, avaimia ihan turhan monta 😬 ramppi liian jyrkkä. Poikani liikkuu rollaattorin ja pyörätuolin kanssa.

Hyvä sijainti, kiva asunto ensimmäisessä kerroksessa josta oli kiva pulahtaa altaaseen. Tupla pyyhkeet hyvä asia ja pyykinpesukone.

Astiat monin paikoin likaisen oloisia. Ne olisi hyvä tarkistaa ennen seuraavia asiakkaita.Hidas hella. Myöskin ihmetyttää että jos on varannut yli viikon majoittumisen niin vessassa on pieni tilkka käsisaippuaa ja yksi vessapaperirulla... No,ehkä oli sitten tarkoituskin että asiakas ostaa itse lisää.
