Please note that in order to use the hot tub, the request should be made 1 day in advance. Also note, that there is a extra charge of $50 per hour to use the hot tub. When traveling with pets, please note that an extra charge of $100 per pet, per stay applies. Extra guests and visitors fee is $20 per person per day. The maximum extra people are 10 people. Early check in/late check out fee is $50 per hour per unit. Grill cleaning fee is $50 per use. Gas grill fee is $10 per hour, and $100 gas deposit is required. Water slide is only for children under 50lb. Water slide fee is $10 per hour. We provide free 2 car parking space for each unit; Extra parking space is $25 per night per car and reservation required. Visitors are not allowed to park on the property. Laundry fee is $10 per load and only available 4pm to 7pm daily. Reservation required.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
