Casa Sèquia by NRAS

Excellent, location with amazing views from the roof terrace. Comfortable, clean and well equipped.

Bakery opposite was noisy from 6am and noise from the nearby tram. We were aware of this when booking however.

Excellent location, close to beach and old town. The house was clean and pleasantly furnished.

The place had limited supplies - had no soap, no tea, coffee, sugar, water etc. The first thing I had to do is to walk to the grocery store and buy everything. This was not the best first impression and it was not the best way to start my vacation. This was not my first rental experience, but I would accept more from this type of quality of property. When I asked the host, the answer was "this is how the owner wants it".

Everything was clean & Tidy It had everything we needed during our stay Short walk to beach & good selection of restaurants Or up the steps ( we found a different way up/down every day to the square & church with plenty of restaurants to choose from . We never had one bad meal .

First day we thought there was an earthquake but we realised it was the sound of the local tram !!! By end of holiday we didn’t even notice it

Flat was simply great! Location was perfect (2 minutes to beautiful old town, 2 minutes to the beach), view from the top terrace is stunning, Casa was well equipped, for 2 persons unbelievable big. We simply loved it.

There is literally nothing I can say here. Maybe a missing tea towel, that’s complains on highest level

We arrived 30 minutes after 11pm and were charged 50 euros because of the late check in. This was not planned, our plane was delayed. We were told they weren't allowed to leave the key in a safebox, yet other rental properties nearby did this. I just think 50 euros is a bit excessive. However very nice stay

Absolutely everything!

The only wee gripe would be...maybe the 2nd bedroom could be two single beds opposed to bunk beds. Another wee thing there could maybe be two sun loungers in that lovely terrace x

There was everything we needed in this accommodation and more, it was very well equipped. We loved spending time on the roof terrace in the sunshine and also in the conservatory on the roof terrace on cooler days. The house is located a short walk from the seafront with its bars and restaurants and lovely promenade to walk along. The area has steps or slopes when either going down to the seafront or up to the old town area which could be difficult for those who are less agile. The bus and tram stops are within walking distance and fares are inexpensive.

We found the street to be somewhat noisy in the mornings due to there being a bakery across the road which opens very early and vans are loaded up between 6.00 and 6.30. There is also some noise from the nearby tram line which commences early, but only once an hour. This may not affect those who are sound sleepers (we are light sleepers) or those who rise early in the morning. It would not, however, stop us from booking this accommodation as this was a small negative in a more or less perfect accommodation.
