Matt was so clear about the details. I had an issue where on guest accidentally locked us out. Matt came right over. The deck and ocean view was awesome.

Ocean was a little to rough for the kids while we were there but overall a very good place.

It was right in the beach. A ton of room to spread my family out. Had a great play area underneath the deck. Had boogie boards for my grandsons used every day. The property was completely upgraded and it looked like we was the first family there after it was built or renovated.
