Very bad experience from hotel Flagship 5344 Hotel Oasis. 1. They charge me more money than what i booked online. The bokking price was only ts930 but they charge rs1300 for room. 2. Bathrooms are not clean. Beedsheet was not clean 3. They pay charges for drinking water. 4. Staff where rude and disappointing service. 5. Room and bathroom dore locks are damaged.

"respect the rates"

receptionist upon check in said the I had to pay 30% more than what was shown on the booking. when I told him that this is as per booking.Com booking that I made he said that may be an offer price and they can’t stand by the rate. decided to pay to avoid embarrassing the driver for whom we booked the room. it was surprising and a first time experience like this through booking.Com
