GBGreat location, great property, great hosts, rooms were much larger and nicer than appear in the photos, we were given access to garden to hang out wetsuits and swimming gear, could park right outside. Suited our purposes perfectly. Only comment is the kitchen is probably a little bit cosy if you were 6 adults rather than 2 adults and 4 children but it was otherwise great for our purposes. Would stay again and the hosts were very helpful and friendly.

GBDiane and Mark the hosts were so friendly and helpful from check in through to departure. The accommodation was lovely very comfortable and clean. a very well equipped cottage. there was also a lovely welcome pack which was very much appreciated. separate laundry room which was great especially with young children. Ideal location - grocery shop very nearby so was harbour, beach and main street. Cullen is a lovely town and we visit it regularly. I would recommend The Three Kings as you can see by my rating.
Maybe slightly easier access to the large garden with lovely seating areas and large drying green but really just being picky with that.

GBThe property has been recently renovated to a very high standard, with attention to detail in every room. Its a spacious property with clearly defined areas. The owners have made a real effort to provide all the little details that you need from self catering accommodation. Nothing was too much trouble.
