NIKOS SEA VIEW ROOM

Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana al Nikos View Studio. La posizione è sicuramente il punto forte: vicinissima a ristoranti, supermercato, al centro di Kallithea e alla spiaggia. Anche la vista mare dal balcone è molto bella e rende l’ambiente piacevole.

Purtroppo però ci sono state diverse cose che hanno reso il soggiorno meno confortevole. Il letto era molto duro e mi svegliavo al mattino con dolori alle spalle. Il frigorifero faceva un rumore continuo, tanto che di notte ero costretto a spegnerlo. Il climatizzatore, posizionato proprio sopra la testa, non permetteva di evitare il getto d’aria diretto sul letto. Per quanto riguarda la pulizia, il primo giorno era tutto in ordine e la signora ci aveva detto che sarebbe venuta ogni tre giorni a cambiare lenzuola e asciugamani. In realtà, al quarto giorno abbiamo trovato soltanto un sacco con lenzuola e asciugamani davanti alla porta e un messaggio su Booking in cui la proprietaria spiegava di aver perso la seconda chiave e quindi di non poter entrare per effettuare le pulizie. Questo significa che in 7 giorni nessuno è venuto a rifare la stanza, cosa che non riteniamo accettabile. Inoltre, quando l’abbiamo incontrata per caso in centro, la signora ha evitato il saluto, un comportamento poco professionale per un proprietario. In conclusione: la struttura ha un’ottima posizione e una bella vista, ma la gestione e l’attenzione verso gli ospiti dovrebbero essere decisamente migliorate.

Il balcone affacciato sul mare è mozzafiato! Si vede l’alba dal balcone! Eravamo in tre nella stessa camera, un letto matrimoniale e l’altro piazza e mezzo siamo stati molto bene, spazi idonei a tre persone, aria condizionata funzionante e bagno un po’ datato ma funzionante. Lo consiglio!

Πολύ ωραία θέα και καθαρό κατάλυμα.

Αρκετά παλιό, χρειάζεται ανακαίνιση! Στο ντους δεν είχε ζεστό νερό και όταν είχε υπήρχαν εναλλαγές μεταξύ καυτού και πολύ παγωμένου νερού μέσα σε 3 δευτερόλεπτα χωρίς να αλλάξουμε κάτι εμείς. Η κουρτίνα του μπάνιου είχε μούχλα. Τα κρεβάτια ήταν πάρα πολύ άβολα και σκληρά. Το WiFi δεν έπιανε

Great location 📍 near the restaurants and central part, markets, free parking spaces 🅿️, great view 🌊 The host is amazing and kind lady who replied really fast and was very supportive ☺️ The housekeeping did their job great, it was clean, the towels and bedsheets were changed.

Some things could be improved: - please move the Wi-Fi router inside the room (that is a reason of really poor internet access 🛜 and totally missed specially for the other rooms). - could be great to have better TV like a smart one and bigger one (for foreign guests this TV is used only like radio 📻) - hairdryer is not good and fortunately i took my own. - please change the bath curtain often or remove it at all because it looks dirty and used by other guests many times (it's not hygienic). - please check the water pomp because the hot water is almost missed in the evenings and not pleasure and comfy to take a cold shower...
