Tranquility Haven

Appartement très bien situé, avec de nombreux commerces, arrêts de bus et centres d’intérêt à proximité. Le côté rustique de l’appartement apporte une touche originale. Bon rapport qualité-prix.

Je n’avais pas compris qu’il y avait d’autres résidents dans la villa, ce qui fait que nous pouvions les entendre de notre apprtement. La fenêtre de la chambre avait été brisée pour laisser passer le conduit d’aération du climatiseur, mais cela laissait également passer tout le bruit de la rue (l’appartement étant situé au premier étage), ce qui était désagréable. De plus, l’évier de la salle de bain était bouché et le rideau de douche très sale.

De locatie van Traquility Haven is erg fijn. Dichtbij gezellige eetgelegenheden en parkeerplaats. Het appartement is ruim opgezet en heeft alle basisfaciliteiten. Het inchecken is door de verhuurder goed geregeld en wordt duidelijk vooraf uitgelegd.

De airco was slechts een mobiele airco en kon alleen de slaapkamer koelen. Zeker met de extreme warmte konden we amper gebruik maken van de rest van het appartement. De afvoer van de mobiele airco is met een stuk karton door het raam heen geplaatst. Hierdoor is het erg gehorig op de slaapkamer en heb je veel last van voorbijgaande mensen en (vracht)verkeer. De aangrenzende badkamer heeft echt een grotere spiegel nodig en ruikt niet fris. De bank met televisie staat een verdieping lager in een soort van openbare ruimte en lijkt niet bij het appartement te horen. Ook was het hier erg warm. Het aantal handdoeken voor de badkamer was echt veel te weinig. Slechts 2 handdoeken voor 12 dagen is onder de maat. Na contact met de verhuurder, kregen we er nog 2 bij. Verder zou het onze wens zijn om de slaapkamer meer te verduisteren door middel van gordijnen of luiken. Deze konden niet dicht door de airco. Het bed is ook aan de kleine kant en het matras heeft zijn beste tijd wel gehad.

Mancanza di una vera finestra sulla strada per cui bisogna stare con la luce accesa sempre. Alcune pentole non lavate bene e proprietario che mi ha mandato la mail con il numero della camera sbagliato

The house is gorgeous, it's a little castle and it's beautiful. This room had a very confortabile bed (horror pillows) and.....3 terraces. We had acces on the roof, on a small balcony to dry towels or clothes and another 1 person balcony in the room. Drafts of cool air would come in the evening and mornings. Downstairs noighbour played jazz every morning, for which we are thankfull :D Locations is great in Rabat, in the middle of the action.

I didn't liked things that can't be restored in 2 3 days, otherwise the house is nice. Smelly bathroom, absolutely not a nail in the wall to hang a towel or anything, not one hanging point we had to keep all the toileteers in the room together with the towels. More light in the bathroom, one 40kw bulb placed 3 M above the center, is far from most of the women who try makeup each evening. Host, please note these are suggestions to make the bathroom confortavle and it would bring better rates at a minimum cost. Pillows...(to the host) please change them, they were horrible. Carpets should be wet cleaned, to be honest, it's time after all the customers.

Posizione eccezionale, a due passi dal centro di Rabat e Mdina, comodissimo per ristoranti, convenience shops e attrazioni principali. Anche la fermata dell'autobus per spostarsi per tutta l'isola è vicina. L'appartamento è veramente carino, ha tutto, tre ventilatori grandi e un pinguino che funzionano perfettamente. Cucina, sala da pranzo funzionali e camera da letto con tutto il necessario. La struttura dell'appartamento rappresenta lo stile Maltese in pieno, ma da quel tocco in piu nello starci.

Piccole cose, che le espongo come critiche costruttive per rendere l'esperienza al prossimo migliore. Tenda della doccia da cambiare, le lenzuola e cuscini era pulitissimi, ma il piumone all'interno usurato.... Per me che sono alto 1mt e 93cm devo dire che la camera da letto era bassa e ho sbattuto la testa piu volte, ma lo dico solo perché per ogni testata ho imparato una parolaccia in piu in maltese. Il letto si muove un po troppo forse.Per il resto tutto ok.

The location of the structure is in the center of Rabat, beautiful internally made of stone and that refers to a byt time. Something should be arranged to make the stay comfortable

They should fix the power outlets (There's an extension but it doesn't work well), the refrigerator unfortunately didn't work, the bathroom outside the room is not comfortable and in this period of heat you sweat tremendously. Something should be put under the door of the room to close it better., it remains an opening. The chandelier in the room only had a working light bulb. Terrace could be an extra if equipped with an umbrella and why not also an outdoor whirlpool tub, so it becomes a real suite. The place is beautiful, a few small tricks would be enough to make it comfortable

Loved that there was a fridge in the room. The bed is so comfortable, and the aircon was a blessing at night time. The location is absolutely fantastic. Great bus links, lots of shops and restaurants close by. Private access to the roof terrace & washing machine was fantastic.

Having some shelter on the roof terrace would have been nice. Maybe some comfortable seating or sun loungers. I didn't know that the bathroom was across the hall, but not a massive issue, though.

Really authentic old apartment at heart of Rabat. Nice clean and quiet.
