The location and size of house was really good

The check in gave a Multitude of issues Gave plenty of notice asking for early check in, but no answer. Then the major disappointment was that the lockbox was empty no key. It added a whole lot of stress to the beginning of my trip until I got hold of bach care ( the guy there was so delightful and super helpful) who got hold of the house cleaner and gave me another code for another lock box which the key was in. Finally got in at 4pm on the Friday.

Location and house was good

The ensuite was blocked off and out of use the oven kept on tripping out and the dishwasher wasn't operating and when you have a family it would of been good

"Bachcare Property Not Booking.com"

The home have 3 bedrooms and location is convenient to town and to all shopping.

No wifi available on-site which should be standard by now. The property is also not a booking.com property but a bachcare property. I'll have to read the fine print from now on. Never have I booked a property through booking.com and had to clean the property when vacating.
