It is hard to find a place to eat nearby.

Room were in top notch condition with all basic amenities.

When I arrived, the host was not prepared and neither was the room. They were scrambling to clean it. Upon entering the villa, I found the dirty water from the mop bucket had been dumped at the entrance. We had to walk through the puddle of dirty water to get into the villa. Our privacy was compromised within an hour of being there. One of the staff decided to use their own key to enter our villa. They did not ring the bell. Once they saw we were in there, they stood at the entrance with the door open, waiting for us to be decent. Absolutely shocking behaviour with no apology. In general, this place stunk like sewage. The whole place, the bathroom and the bedroom. There was a huge spider in the bathroom, the fridge smelt rotten and ants crawling the whole place. We stayed one night and got out of there the next day, I would not recommend this place at all.

Big and cozy villa, located in a quiet area. I especially liked we had a filtered water machine at our disposal, which for sure saved us a lot of money and hassle of buying bottled water.

It could have been cleaner. We asked for cleaning service and sinks + tub were not cleaned. Shower gel and soap were not replaced. The bad thing was we saw a rat on the premises 2 nights in a row, which made us feel unsafe. The staff tried to catch it, but with no luck and this definitely affected overall impression of the place.

Super modern condo with private swimming pool. The staff was super friendly. Just 15-20 min drive to Ubud. Enough nice restaurants in the surroundings. The bed was excellent. Cooled water at disposition. We enjoyed the serenity of our own swimming pool after a day of visiting around. Nice illumination all around and private parking for our scooter.

Everything was perfect.
