Extremely dirty and full of animal hair. Since I'm allergic, the owner told me go leave and that he will reimburse me. Since then he ghosted me and never responded. Really bad experience, avoid this dirty place.

Everything was perfect 👍 communication super and always in touch when you need! Comfortable and good located apartment! It was super clean and pleasant to stay here! Recommend!

Very quiet and central.

Nice apartment,good location,main attractions & train station within 10-15 mins walk,ideal for a few days in Turin to see in the New Year! The owner also let us check out an hour later on New Year's Day which was very much appreciated!👍

There is no that much day light in the appartment but for short stays it really does not matter. You are in downtown Torino. That compensates it all

The location

The firt day that we arrived we detected that the boiler wasn't working and we hadn't hot water to take a shower. The solution of the owner was have an appointment with the boiler technician 3 days after, so we were without hot water all that time. The best of all was that he wanted that we were in the aparment to open the door to the techinician, in our holidays! The night before leave the apartment i wrote the owner to the check-out and he told us someone was come to do it. We had to leave to don't loose the train and nobody appeared there, so we left the apartment keys under the doormat (nobody could steal the keys, only the next door neighboor) and I wrote him explaining this. When we were leaving the city by train he phoned me telling me that I was bad person and threatening with call the police because I stole the keys of the apartment, with very bad manners. He didn't find the keys because he was looking them in other apartment he's renting too... The keys were in their place, in the correct apartment... Finally, speaking with customer service of Booking, the owner agreed to refund us one night of stay because the problems with the boiler. We left the apartment more than 3 weeks ago and we didn't receive the refund. This is all. The worst experience ever traveling around the world.
