-Not many couches to sit on -In the dormitory on top, on the way to the bathroom there were always blankets I have to pass.
USGreat location, 10 minutes walk to the main square, there is a market nearby and across the road are the colectivos going to the Sonche canyon. The room we had was spacious, the beds were comfortable and the shower hot. There is a shared kitchen available for use where you can cook basic meals with the equipment available. The staff is kind and helpful. The owner Manuel also speaks perfect English.
The room with exterior windows are a bit noisy but things seem to be calm after 10pm and before 7am. Bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper or ask for an interior room.
USI had a fantastic time here. From early checking to hot breakfast to an amazing hot shower. Plus good laundry service. It was quiet, only a short walk from the plaza, restaurants, and shops. Highly recommend you stay here. It's located across the street from where it shows on the map.
