Location wise are convenient as surrounding has shop to eat and buy grocery, nearby has mall too.

After work hour, probably the eat shop is mamak nasi kandar left only.

They take deposit and never return. The stove was broken when we checked in. We did not report to them but luckily took photo. When we checked out they tried to blame it on us, luckily we had the photo.

Management is poor, they don't provide good service.

I didn't care for the mold around the bathroom tiles.

The most important thing is the room is clean and comfortable. The check in and check out process also smooth.

- The location is good, surrounding with shops

- The customer service is really bad. - The access card is not able to enter the unit; when calling CS, they said they will get a technician to check tomorrow. As a customer ends up need to think about the way to open the door (open with a key). Imagine you check in at nighttime... - When asking if they have a hairdryer provided in the unit, the CS answers, “We usually have.” Why can’t they give a firm answer? Yes/No - After checkout, following up on the deposit refund. They replied, “The refund process takes 3-7 working days after checkout, excluding PH and weekends,” but they never check on it. Until the last day of 7 working days, they still reply with the same message...until mentioned want to take action, and then only they checked and reverted on the refund details.

Cadar / tilam bau kepam.katil patah tengah dah hanya paku utk elak patah lg serius.tidur dlm keadaan yg tidak selesa dgn katil yg patah dan tilam tenggelam ke bawah.mesej staf janji nak tukar bilik tp senyap terus.agak stress bile tido xlena dgn keadaan katil yg senget di bhg tgh.
