Luxurious 3-Bed Penthouse in Sheffield

Spacious,clean and well equipped apartment. Easy to check in and out, free parking at the property.

Could be better mattresses, but it was ok for short stay. 10am is quite early check out.

We arrived at the property at 20:30 to an email that they had cancelled the booking. This had been sent while we were en route. They had phoned us earlier in the day to confirm our arrival time so they clearly had our number and they should have called us to cancel when it was so last minute. We ended up having to go to a Travelodge.

The apartment was well equipped, clean and comfortable. The location was ideal for our need (attending a performance at Utilita Arena) and the instructions for accessing the apartment were clear.

Curiously, the apartment had no curtains or window blinds, but as it is third floor was not a major problem - though sleeping in summer could be an issue.

Everything was beautiful and clean and very comfortable

Modern, clean, large rooms, comfortable beds and sofa, easy to find and quiet.

As everybody else has said…literally the only thing I can say is I don’t understand why no curtains or blinds in any room! 🤷🏼‍♂️ yes it’s a penthouse on third floor so nobody walking past but you do become aware of it and not ideal in bedrooms when the 5am sun is blasting in! Would be good to have locks on the bathroom doors too.

I booked to check in on the 22nd of February and check out on the 24th of February, but an hour before I arrived I was suddenly told that there was already a group of people checking in due to a system problem, so I couldn't check in on the night of the 22nd, I was told that I would get a refund, but it's been two and a half months now and I still haven't received even 1p refund, and I've phoned and contacted them many times! No curtains in the rooms! No WiFi!

Exceptionally clean and modern. Very spacious. Great parking available. Good location for arena. Price was very reasonable.

We struggled to get the heating to work in some of the rooms in the evening. Coffee and sugar was provided but no tea bags. During the night there was a loud tapping noise that would come and go which disturbed our sleep somewhat. No curtains or blinds in any rooms.

The property is in a good quiet location. The apartment has 3 bathrooms. The apartment was very clean and spacious and uncluttered. The property would have gotten exceptional review from me if they'd bothered to take care of some very obvious elements

This would have been a 5-star property but for the following: Property did not have any curtains or window blinds throughout in any of the rooms including the living room - we found this to be very strange! Property had no wardrobes or chest of drawers, so we had to put our clothes on beside tables, on the floor, in our suitcases etc - this was very inconvenient. There was no microwave in the kitchen and no iron or ironing board The bathroom did not have a holder for the toilet roll. So we had to put the toilet roll on the window seal or on the wash hand basin. The bathrooms should also have small waste bins but there was none. The apartment had no wifi (although the notice on the premises said it did). Stayed 2 nights and were out and about a lot, we would not have been able to stay longer because of the issues I listed above. The issues I identified above are really no brainers and quite basic for guests to expect to find in place.
