Has everything you need. Very clean and tidy . Beds and linens comfy Wash great - no dryer but line and rack dries easily

When sharing floor is a bit noisy when walking But we always use earplugs

Great place from which to explore Fiordland National Park. There was plenty of off street parking for the van were travelling in. The 4th bedroom and ensuite is in the garage, which surprised us, but it was quiet and comfy. A great place for a group or family to stay.

A couple of cleaning products and kitchen staples were not re stocked between bookings. Annoyingly one cleaning product was completely out, however the bottle was left empty, not replaced.

Great to be able to take our family dog, absolutely no signs of previous pets so kept very clean for next visitors thank you!

Only a suggestion to put on description there is a bbq available, we would’ve packed bbq food if we had known!
