Very Good. Appreciated Cleanliness of Condo, nice pools! parking for two vehicles, comfortable beds, very nice outdoor covered deck with swing, nice sized chairs and patio table for outdoor dining. Lots of refrigeration and ice freezer. Safe neighborhood. Great communication from management of property with fast courteous reply/ response time to questions from Management !!! Beautiful pools (2). Condo is conveniently located next to pools! Air conditioning worked well. Very easy check in/out! Good starter supplies I.e. toilet paper garbage bags, dish/dishwasher supplies. Quiet condo area. Decently priced compared to other condos. Calm ocean waters and Lighthouse view from local beach 💕

No elevator. 46 stairs to room on third floor 😫🥵😮‍💨. No electric luggage dumbwaiter to assist with bringing baggage and goods up to third floor unit. Long walk to ocean (1/4 mile ??) literally through a long, sandy path, with signage indicating venomous snake nesting area. 😱 I realize nature can’t be changed=Went to local beach (+large wide open, few beach goers was nice) one time, then drove to south end of island to beach for remainder of vacation, which cost to park. Furniture in main living area needs update- Not comfortable.

"Property did not meet the needs of our family. Will not be back."

What breakfast? Kitchen was nice and stocked well and clean.

Did not realize there was no elevator. I have arthritis in knee and the steps were almost impossible. My husband and I are in 70’s. Would have been safer to have a bar to hold on in shower.

Great location, quiet building, great access to the beach and local landmarks.

We planned on using the laundry machine so we packed light, but the washing machine smelled like cigarette smoke when we opened it. We didn't have time to clean it on our trip, that was the only bad part.
