Silverwood Serenity - Balcony and City Views with Parking

The location was excellent. It was only a 5 minute walk down to the railway station and then 20 minutes into Philadelphia. The communications from the managing agents were fantastic, even asking how we had settled in and if there was anything else they could do for us. The accommodation was clean, comfortable and very well stocked.

Although the accommodation was advertised as having its own car space for 4 nights out of the 9 we stayed there someone else parked in our car space. This was reported to the managing agents and the situation continued. The top of the steep staircases located in the main living area and also at the main bedroom area were unguarded and there was risk of serious injury if someone was to accidentally fall. There are two steep staircases needed to be used to access the accommodation, This needs to be well advertised as people with mobility issues may find it a problem when renting this accommodation.

Clean, nice view, perfect size for two and great location for walking to mainstreet!

If you want groceries, you should plan, there are not many options for that on foot

Close to walking distance to the Main Street in Manayunk. Parking was included for the unit which ended up being much needed and appreciated. Communication with hosts was good. Quick response.

Such an adorable apartment in a very walkable area! Hosts were very responsive and parking was clutch.
