The property is big, spacious and had everything we need for stay. as well close to the town centre. was very clean as well. We found salt and oil in the kitchen as well. Coffee machine pleasantly surprised us. Clean and fluffy towels. Nice and spacious bedroom.

It was hot summer eve, so we kept windows open to cool down, as there is no air con in the property. Noise level was too much, as its close to the centre from one side. and from another side- all smells from the kitchen came in, as there is bar downstairs. We didn't find bedding for the kids as well, I double checked, my booking clearly said 2 adults, 2 kids. Noise from seagulls woke me up at 5 am. So basically, air con would solve a lot of problems for this property. Why there was no bedding left for kids, I presume just a human mistake. But we spend150 for a night, that's shouldst been happened. I would recommend this property for the people with good night sleep and who like bars and restaurants, as the location is brilliant. *p.s. horrible picture in the sitting, very dark and depressing.

This is a fantastic place to stay right in the centre of Bath. It was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The owners were very good at contacting us as we had a query.

Would have been great to have a few more condiments in the kitchen for cooking like olive oil, etc. A water filter would have put it over the edge of fabulous! A lot of steep stairs to carry up all of my stuff.
