Leverets - Squirrel Lane Lodges Ludlow

Lovely peaceful location on a lovely farm away from it all but still close to Ludlow and the park and ride Bus into town for £1 return a real bargain, great walks on your doorstep and such a comfortable, warm lodge with a great log fire, fabulous place to stay, spotlessly clean and great facilities, friendly hosts and the best jam and eggs! Highly recommended.

Only minor issue we could have done with a bigger fridge freezer but only because we took too much food!

Lovely setting Very clean We were visiting friends and family so was excellent as a base

Beautiful, well thought out property with good facilities and fabulous garden for playing with the kids! Just a walk away from Ludlow Park & Ride, which was very handy.

Nothing we didn’t like

Property was nicely finished. We loved chatting to the host and getting a tour of her rescue animals. The log burner made it nice and cosy. Property is is well located with just a short journey into Ludlow.

Beautiful quiet spot, well-equipped kitchen, comfy beds, and wildlife in the garden. The fact our hosts were happy to take us to see their animals (pigs, horses, chickens, sheep etc) and talk with us extensively about them was a real bonus!

A couple of extra blankets in the bedrooms would have been cozy, though perhaps most other guests just prefer to make the whole place hotter with the electric heating. We enjoyed trying to get the wood burning stove going, but we weren't terribly successful at it!

Great location,great personal service from the owners,less than 10 mins walk to pub restaurant and late closing co-op supermarket. All in all a super place to stay

Struggling to think of anything....

The lodge was so beautifully thought out and well equipped with lovely interiors. We loved watching the wild bunnies and birds that visited the garden. Sally and Dale were so friendly and welcoming and we got to meet many of their rescue animals which was a great treat! The location was amazing, fully nestled in the quiet countryside but a stones throw from Ludlow. We would thoroughly recommend a stay here :)
