Falta claridad en la gestión de la estancia. Imposibilidad de acceder al alojamiento por no encontrar facilidad para su acceso mediante una app.

Solicite la devolución del pago del alojamiento por la imposibilidad de acceder por causas ajenas a mi, como es el uso de una app que no funcionaba. Por tanto no pude usar el alojamiento. Mis reclamaciones no han sido atendidas.
