USThis is an older hotel that’s been nicely restored. It was very comfortable and clean. You could tell that the owners to put a lot of work into it. I would like to come back with family and stay again. It’s a good gateway to the Chiricahua National Monument.
Although the town lacks things to do, the hotel makes up for it and provides a good place to get away from the hustle and bustle back home.

Water pressure in the shower was very weak and the AC struggled to cool the room.

USUSUSThere were no personnel at the site upon our scheduled arrival. We finally contacted the phone number on the office door and about an hour later received a call from the owner/manager who apologized for the inconvenience. We explained that due to circumstances we would like to cancel the reservation and he agreed. Now I find that that I have been billed a “no-show” fee equal to a night’s lodging. Does “no-show” apply to lodging managers?
USThis was the biggest and most pleasurable surprise of my 6 day trip. A cute little Motor Lodge right out of the 1930s. I kept waiting for Bonnie and Clyde to motor up at any minute. Inside was small but modern and clean. It was great.
Not much to not like about the place. However if you're looking a large bedroom with spacious bathroom and a glass enclosed shower this isn't the place.
