Secret Garden Apartment - Free Parking

Cleanliness was non-existent; the apartment was extremely dirty. The most serious issue was a persistent mold smell that, although not visible, caused us throat and nasal irritation throughout the night. We chose this place based on other guests' positive reviews, but the reality was completely different. It’s inexplicable how this property received such high ratings—I wouldn’t give it a single star if I could. We arrived late at night and, due to exhaustion from the road, we couldn't safely find another accommodation or drive further. Out of necessity, we stayed for one night, but we left the premises first thing the next morning, canceling the second night due to the unsanitary conditions. When I discussed these issues with the owner, she flatly refused to refund the second night, showing no accountability for the state of her property. Furthermore, Booking.com support was completely unhelpful, failing to provide any resolution or flag these issues. This property has no place on this platform. I am attaching photos as proof of the conditions we encountered.

Location of the property was perfect for public transport and getting around. The instructions for getting into the property were very clear. The bathroom was spotless with a very nice bath tub. The communication with the owner was brilliant and response was always fast upon our arrival.

There was one lightbulb out walking towards the front door of the apartment, but we just used our phone torches at night.

Mizerie. era praf peste tot, lenjerie de pat inexistenta, un miros de aer inchis( geamurile nu se deschid). nu ai Lumina naturala , televizor nu ai, pana intri trebuie sa treci printre gunoaie și tot felul de vecini ciudați (asiatici care lucrează pentru glovo). Nu mai zic gazda nu a avut plăcerea sa vb decât prin mesaje și acestea foarte greu. Pozele nu reflecta așteptările. Nu îmi dau seama cum cei din înaintea mea au fost încântați.
