Could not get shower to heat up
GBThere are steep external steps to the accommodation. There was a shared kitchen with lots of dishes piled up. In the dining room there was money and other items on the table. There were carrier bags lying on the floor. We had booked a deluxe room for 3 nights. The room was not deluxe. It didn't have a wardrobe but 2 hangers on a metal unit. There was a desk and a chair. One of the bedside lights wouldn't work. We didnt stay and when we asked for a refund this was refused. We were told it is a house of multiple occupation and an Airbnb. If this had been what was advertised we would not have booked it.
GBNo food served. Wasnt sent any info on how to check in. Shower was difficult to switch on & we had to get a staff member to come, they advised we had to switch on a nozzle (why was this off?). Bathroom light only works if main light on so if you need the loo in the middle of the light you have to do this in darkness or wake up everyone in the room. We ran out of toilet paper & no spares provided. But the biggest issue was the guests staying in room 1 (we were room 2)- a couple with a newborn baby arguing & screaming profanities at each other numerous times in the middle of the night. There was no one there to report this too, we heard a woman being verbally abused & threatened- it was horrific. We didnt sleep as so much disturbance and couldn't wait to leave. A terrible stay

GBNice clean and comfortable room. Travelling alone so liked that the TV had Netflix to sign into. Susan and Lisa very very kind and helpful.
