Central Residence KotaSAS by MYRAH 1BR

The location is near to UIA. The place is neat and tidy.

The host is a very kind person, easy to deal with, response very fast and generous. Professional treatment! The house is very comfortable with good facilities, new and beautiful. Would have been interesting to buy this kind of house if in in KL :) The neighborhood is also very quiet. Netflix and WiFi are good. I like the view of attractive lighting of the streets and entrance streets to the house.

Difficulty in searching for the location using Waze. Host is helping with GoogleMap (but I do not have the apps: last option: downloaded the Apps). Therefore, I would prefer the sharing location using Waze (exact location). The house is clean, but maybe because of the vacant house, there are lots of cockroaches inside the toilet and bedroom next to the toilet. This problem can be solved faster by the host later (if no more cockroaches, the house is extremely comfortable). The CCTV is doubted can be viewed by the host(?) Can only view outside the house or also inside the house (?) The hot water from the Coway dispenser is not functioning. The location is far from beaches and other attractive places and quite difficult to find food (Malay restaurant). I am not sure because this is my first trip to KOTASAS.
