No lift in the building and building poorly maintained, however apartment itself was excellent. Stairs were creaky in sections.

The keys were easily accessible by anyone and could have been duplicated by the previous renters and/or cleaning crew who could have had malicious intentions. When I reported this issue to the management, I was totally dismissed and

There were no surveillance cameras present at the property to provide a secure environment for the renters. I reported the incident to the management and was dismissed immediately. Jose from the management team, totally ignored my call for action and referred me to the police who had no function at this property. Alarmingly, the property lacks any form of video surveillance, leaving me, and potentially other guests, vulnerable to such incidents. The management's expressed trust in their staff does not mitigate the apparent and significant breach of their own security protocols. Absolutely no accommodations were provided to help us find our stolen jewelry.Future guests MUST be aware of the potential security risks associated with this establishment. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR BELONGINGS UNATTENDED AT THIS PROPERTY!

Great apartment in a perfect location.

Great location and beautiful apartment! They were very accommodating for my last minute booking for 6 of us. Even had a complimentary bottle of wine!

Building was a bit confusing to find, but people in the neighbourhood were very helpful.

Central location. Apartment was clean and spacious for our group of six.

Need to walk up four floors, may be difficult for people with mobility concerns. We knew this when booking so was not an issue for us.
