"Advance recieved to book on line by property after reaching location no response even for curtosy"

I was booked stay on line through web site paid on line Rs 1000 to the property as an advance, after reaching site the mobile no was switched off no response from the no, finally got a new stay with difficulty seems i have been frauded by the property , now status came as canceled no advance reimbursement

Poor communication , fraudulent activities feared as no one is responding
