An excellent home for business or family trips we will definitely be visiting again

Very clean, attractive and comfortable house. Located close to the M1 and clear instructions were provided on how to get there. The staff were very helpful and responsive when we had a query.

We took our dog and finding somewhere to take her for a walk was difficult.

The house was beautiful and garden safe and enclosed for the kids. We hired a car and was handy driving into garage. The house was very clean and decorated beautifully. Very cozy and we all slept well.

Everything was perfect altho a little bit of milk to make tea or coffee on arrival and perhaps a little welcome pack e g. Few biscuits/ snacks. There was wonderful selection of tea and coffee.

Location especially.

Garden and garden furniture were a mess. Shame as it was lovely weather and we would have sat outside, otherwise. Check out time is too early. Even 11am, would have been better.

The garage wasn’t accessible. I messaged the contact a few times however got no response. When I was leaving a received a vague text which didn’t still explain how to access the garage. The batteries in the remote were dead. I had to go out and buy new ones.

Great instructions, house easy to find. House was clean and tidy towels out and ready. Main bathroom nice.

Could do with some more plug sockets in living room, couldn't get the light at top of stairs to work. Couldn't get into garage, though this has now been rectified.
